3 out of 5 stars Overall just a good chair not the best.   July 6, 2010
Kushits
The back of chair doesn't offer much support. Also if you lean your head back it will fall because no head support whatsoever . the picture is a little misleading. So far the chair has held up just fine though. the seat could come out about an inch as well, i barely have a butt, but i can barely keep it on here. And the wheel base should be about 2 inches larger. the chair easily tips over which isn't good when you're disabled such as i am. Delivered quickly and putting it together was medium level not simple but not too hard. get 2 people i had to do it alone it was hard.

2 out of 5 stars Doesn't go up and down.   June 15, 2010

Chair is perfect for a child under 5 feet tall. It doesn't go up and down and there are no instructions for making it work.

2 out of 5 stars Liftless Chair   September 27, 2009

They made it sound like this chair was made by a major manufacturer in the U.S. but its made in good old China...I put the chair together with no problem but this chair is not adjustable to go up or down, it appears to be locked in the lower position. I can find one lever but that is for locking the tilt back. I can find no other lever as they say to operate the gas lift..disappointed....

4 out of 5 stars Great chair but not perfect   July 31, 2008

The chair is very comfortable but I do wish it was just a little higher so I could lean my head against the back. It was easy to assemble despite the cryptic instructions. My biggest complaint is that instructions on how to adjust the chair using the knobs was not included! Also despite the great discount price for the chair, shipping was a little pricey. However, I must be the perfect height for the chair (5'4") or else I have the perfect computer desk for this chair because I can put my arm on the armrest when using my mouse. Hopefully this will help my carpal tunnel.

4 out of 5 stars Computer chair   May 24, 2008

Product as advertised. What was expected for the price. Works fine as PC chair. Assembly easy. Rolls fairly well on carpet. Satisfied with the product.
