4 out of 5 stars Great for traveling   August 4, 2010
LH (NY)
I only bought this for our trip to China, but it turned out very convenient for eating out at restaurants as well. My husband actually liked it even more than I did. Everyone asks us where we got it. I mean, EVERYONE! It's actually fine that it's best used for smoother, level 1 or 2 foods, because my daughter, though she is almost one year old now, still has only two teeth and prefers very smooth texture. So we actually got a lot of mileage out of this spoon, though we bought it when she was almost nine months old. I gave it four stars because if you put food with thicker texture like green beans and brown rice in it and squeeze the handle, it makes a farting noise. A little embarrassing in public. :)

4 out of 5 stars Great for travel once you get the hang of it   July 26, 2010
E. Hill (Pittsburgh)
I love this spoon. I wouldn't use it everyday for regular feedings because it's a little strange. My baby (6 months) can't get all the food off in one shot and it seems the spoon is shaped a little weird (too big, hard plastic), but it is great when we're out and about. I just used it at an amusement park and it was great! I filled two up (one with a veggie, one with a fruit) and took it out at the park. No fuss, no muss!

You have to jiggle the food down to squeeze it out and sometimes it splatters out when you squeeze it. It is a great product though once you get the hang of it.

I make beer slushies and hang out in front of the game all weekend long with one or two of these contraptions in hand.

5 out of 5 stars A Must Have!   June 29, 2010

This feeding spoon is a definite must have for any parent on the go. It makes feeding so much easier and neater only having to use one hand! I wish I had known about this product much sooner. Great product for a great price!

3 out of 5 stars So-So product   June 28, 2010
Brianne Pendley (Jackson, Ca United States)
I bought 3 of these for my daycare thinking that they would help at lunch time. I have family with twins that loved them. I found them so-so.

Pros-
The idea is good
You can screw on your baby food jar to fill the spoon

Cons-
It squirts
It clogs
You still have to use a spoon to get the bottom of the food out of either the jar or the boon handle otherwise-
It wastes food

In short I will probably try them again when they are a little bigger(last time used was age 6 months) If I am still not liking them, I will be returning the 2 unopened ones.
