this is a great make any thing casserole we love to make no kneed bread in it.their are many "make a meal" resipes that makes cooking enjoyable .the knob holdup to 500 degrees, and the pot is very easy to clean

I purchased two of these--- 1 for a wedding gift, and one for myself. I have not yet had the chance to cook in mine, however, the newlyweds LOVE this! The bride is quite the cook, and this was one of her favorite gifts. She said that it is a staple in her kitchen now. She has been very impressed! Great value!
